CXJ-200拆盖/铣切机主要应用于微电子封装业，用于软基板与管壳底座焊接后焊料溢出的清理，以及对焊接芯片的地方进行清理；还可对软基板电路进行二次开腔、开槽且不影响电路功能，最终达到芯片高可靠焊接的目的。
另外，设备可以实现平行缝焊和激光焊的管壳自动开盖功能，开盖后的管壳可再次气密性封帽。
