柜体采用日本进口透明防静电板材粘接，能更好的保护材料，其面电阻值达106-108Ω。氮气保护柜是采用水平层流进气方式不断向柜中充入高纯氮气并保持柜中有一个稳定的正压，阻止含氧、含湿气体进入柜中，以保护柜中所存物品不被氧化、保持干燥。同时还可利用柜内超低湿的环境对已受潮器件进行常温干燥。
